what to expect...

The Rind House Speciality Pork Kitchen will arrive on your site with the primest of pork and the juiciest of bacon expertly prepared by our experienced Chef/Servers.

The van can be independent of any services which works very well for events. If your venue can supply electricity we will arrive with a plan of exactly where we will pitch, we will have all the necessary certificates ready for us to begin service on the day we arrive.

If you want to create a buzz we can also install on a day of your choosing, with ‘opening soon’ advertising if you have an event that you want to combine it with.

  • Cumberland sausage

    Pork meat with seasoning, prepared from a variety of herbs and spices and black Pepper

  • Lincolnshire sausage

    Pork meat with sage and a hint of parsley and thyme

  • Plain sausage

    Pork meat with a little salt and pepper. Simple but tasty

  • Bacon roll

    (Served until 12 midday)

  • Pulled pork roll

    With or without stuffing and apple sauce

  • Pulled pork hot dog

    With your choice of sausage and pulled pork meat

    Tea, Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Cold drinks
